This place was pretty groovy. Cool bar with friendly tatted up bartenders and an old school bowling alley with about 20 lanes in the back. Then, there’s the secret alcove with the dartboards and ping pong table and a few couches. Great place to bring a date. Borrow some paddles at the bar and play to your hearts content. Just hope and pray I don’t drop in and reap the Agassi whirlwind upon you and your friends!

This is one of my favorite small businesses EVER. This type of place is what helps make Dallas so awesome. The staff is amazing and they are continually working to improve – lots of new items on menu and fun games and activities inside and outside. Perfect for events too. I haven’t even started on all the delicious cold beer they have…

Sometimes this place gets busy and they have a wait to bowl, but if you are with good friends, have good food and drink, it doesn’t feel like waiting.

Awesome place for a fun gathering – and the food is great. I specially like the wings which can be ordered with many different sauces. Good value for an amazing experience.

Bowlounge was so much fun! We stopped in on a Friday night, and it was a bit busy. It was expected, so we put our name in for a lane. We took a seat at a table near the bar, and ordered food and drinks while we waited. Unlike your typical bowling alley food, Bowlounge’s food was really good! I ordered wings and the husband ordered the fish and chips. Both items were really good! The fries especially were tasty. 10/10 for sure with food!

For drinks, they were good but a bit pricey. I had a smoked old fashioned, and it set me back about $15. About an hour later, we were called for a lane. The guy helping us out was great. He was funny and kept us engaged. He explained everything to us, including how there’s an orange pin that rotates. If the pin is directly in the middle and you get a strike, you get a free drink! That thing came out at least 9 times for us! One of my friends got lucky and actually hit a strike with it! Free shot!

Overall, super cool date spot, or even a great spot to take a group of friends! I highly recommend stopping in!

We enjoyed our visit with some work friends while working in Dallas.  Especially liked the good selection of draft beers including some new breweries like Manhattan Project.  The shuffleboard tables are nice.
